What is Acquma?
Acquma is a company established to invest and to assist in the development of established technology, medical and service companies. The initial investment brought into Acquma by the founding shareholders is that in Tramigo, they having invested substantial amounts into this exciting and unique technology over the past 3 years. Acquma’s plan is to secure similar investments and to achieve capital growth and to enhance share value through those investments.
Why is Acquma located in the BVI?
On the advice of Acquma’s financial and legal representatives registration of the company in the BVI has been effected. There are obviously tax advantages to the company in being registered here.

Why did Acquma enter the stock exchange?

Yes. If and when appropriate Acquma will make subsequent offerings to assist in the procurement of shares in its targeted acquisitions.
Which groups of investors would you like to see investing with you?
As a publicly quoted company Acquma has no direct control over the identity of investors. The board of Acquma has stated that investment in the company is best suited to those (be they private individuals or corporate investors) seeking to achieve attractive returns in the mid to long term. Acquma will not seek to secure short term, highly speculative positions.
What are the company’s medium-term investment plans?
Acquma seeks to secure interest, through loan to or equity purchase in established businesses requiring funding and expertise to take those companies to the next level of development. Advanced negotiations are in progress for the procurement of several target investment opportunities. Further, Acquma is in preliminary discussions with various entities seeking mid term or pre Public Placement funding.
All investments made will secure minority shareholdings for Acquma, our board having taken appropriate steps to protect and maximise returns. It is their intention to invest in proven management and products and only to seek boardroom representation in those companies if such action is deemed necessary and appropriate.

What was the business result for the last balanced business year?
Acquma is a business established in February 2008. Our opening balance sheet can be viewed in the investor relations section of our website.
Who are the Acquma shareholders?
All current shareholders (apart from one entity, being a pension trust) prior to the listing of Acquma on the Austrian Exchange are individuals.
How are the board of directors of Acquma remunerated?
The board of Acquma are appointed by the shareholders, and their remuneration is mainly geared towards the performance of the Company. Each Board Member holds limited options for shares based upon long term performance.
When is the financial year?

What annual growth rate can your shareholders count on?
Dependent upon the prevailing economic conditions, we would always expect to out-perform, considerably, the more standard investment vehicles. Our overheads and servicing costs are minimal.
Is Acquma planning to pay a dividend?
A Dividend will be paid when it is prudent and appropriate to do so. Should circumstances dictate, there is no reason why extra-ordinary dividends and benefits cannot be realised by the share holders.

Who manages Acquma’s business activities?
The Board of Directors oversee the everyday activities of Acquma
Is Acquma adequately funded ?
Yes. The Company has been funded to date by founding share holders, who will take all reasonable measures to ensure that Acquma remains adequately funded to operate and to make acquisitions
What competitors are there?
We do not enter bidding wars for businesses or investments. Our services are sought and/or recommended through select and motivated parties. We do not therefore place ourselves in a position where competitors may threaten our business
What business risks does Acquma have?
In all investments made, and to be made, our Board will mitigate risk through prudent investigation of the product or service offered, and through full due diligence by major law and accountancy firms on the target entity and its’ management. We seek in all circumstances to secure an ultimate exit route for our investment, be that through private sale, further finance from third parties or through a public offering.
What are Acquma’s targeted investments?
We seek to procure minority stakes in highly skilled, innovative and motivated technology companies, in selected property investment companies, and in service Companies with unique intellectual property.
Due to restrictive confidentiality agreements currently and consistently in force to protect both Acquma and its targeted resource, we are not permitted in this FAQ section to divulge details of current individual negotiations.

What effect will these additional assets have on the income situation of the business?
It is the intention for all asset acquisitions to serve 4 purposes in the short to medium terms:
1. To increase the Capital Value (and hence share holder value) of Acquma
2. To increase profitability and as such the prospect of healthy dividends (allowing for future investment provisions)
3. To spread the investment risk between numerous factions, each being independent of each other
4. To promote the good name and reputation of Acquma in order to further procure sound investments falling within our strategy.
